TCTech’s main competitive edge comprise long-term, high-yield manufacturing with auto controlled operations and advanced process equipment, in addition to various sputtering processes and nano-precision repeatability of patterns.

LIGHT GUIDE PLATES: Light Guide Plates are plastic plates that lead light from light sources to displays in e.g. computers, TV screens, multi-touch devices, Head-up Displays, etc. Wedge optical panels are wedge-shaped pieces of plastic that can lead light with perfect (unlimited) resolution. SHEETS & LENSES: Emerging display techniques use optical lenses with different patterns and of different sizes, for instance fresnel lenses. Concentrating Photovoltaic (CPV) is another application that use fresnel lenses. PHOTOVOLTAIC THIN FILM SOLAR CELLS: New generations of photovoltaic thin-film solar cells are more economical and more energy efficient than traditional solar cells. TCTech’s TCP technology can increase energy absorption even further. There is also possibilities for adding intelligent plastic nanostructures to solar cells.
